April Music!

I’m actually not sure how it’s already the 25th of April? I wonder if I’ll ever stop saying that every month… it’s not looking promising.

Not sure what your state looks like, but here in Music City, we’ve seen a good amount of RAIN. Errthang is green and luscious. My home state, Minnesota, has basically been under attack with how much snow they’ve seen, so I guess you could say that I’m counting my blessings.

I’ve got new tunes! Check it.

Screen Shot 2018-04-24 at 11.48.42 AMDermot Kennedy came out with a few new songs and someone on Twitter said, “I didn’t know I needed to hear Dermot Kennedy cover Drake until I heard Dermot Kennedy cover Drake.” Honey, I couldn’t agree more. Putting that song on this playlist for you. You’re welcome.

I saw Nina Nesbitt and Lorde in concert this month, and I’m seeing Haim TONIGHT, so you’ll find all of them on here as well. I saw Dermot in March, so I’m not hurting for great live music at all. Music City perks, what whaaaat.

Also, Khalid and Billie Eilish came out with a new song called “lovely,” and I’m legitimately obsessed.

I’m still super biased to Spotify, so you can only find this playlist there. PSA: They just partnered with Hulu, and are offering a bundle package price for Spotify Premium and Hulu (Limited Commercials). If you haven’t already jumped on board, do it here. You’ll save a few $$$ a month. That’s a starbs drink, y’all.

Whatcha listening to?

Cheers, enjoy the last few days of April! Make ’em count. Bob Goff says, “One of the things you get to decide, is how you’re going to give your love away.” Come onnnnn, that’s gold. And if you didn’t see me write a blip about his new book, you should.

K bye forreal.
